We can accommodate groups up to 8 Scouts (up to 10 if there are Scouts who do not wish to ride.)

Following the requirements of the Bit ‘n’ Bridle badge girls will rotate through three different activities.  The first activity will be getting a chance to groom our horses, prepare them for a ride and learn all about horse safety.  The second activity will be a hands-on theory lesson.  This lesson is up to the troop and will be decided on a head of time.  Topics available include parts of the horse, breeds and colors, jobs horses do, and horse health.  The final activity will be a ride in which we will teach the basics of how to ask your horse to walk, stop and turn.
